OverviewPM Group are seeking an experienced CSA Package Owner / Lead to join our major pharmaceutical construction project in Belgium. This is a high-profile opportunity to lead the civil, structural, and architectural aspects of a pharma manufacturing facility for a leading global pharmaceutical company.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all CSA disciplines throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to the highest standards while maintaining compliance with stringent pharmaceutical industry requirements and Belgian regulatory standards.PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm. From our network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US, we work with the world's leading organisations. We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners.ResponsibilitiesDirect all civil, structural, and architectural design activities from concept through to commissioningLead multidisciplinary CSA teams including architects, structural engineers, and civil engineersInterface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and local authoritiesEnsure all deliverables meet pharma industry standards (GMP, FDA, EMA requirements)Identify and mitigate technical risks across CSA disciplinesManage CSA budget allocation and cost control measuresDeliver CSA milestones in line with overall project timelineQualificationsDegree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplineMinimum 10+ years in senior CSA roles on major construction projectsProven experience in pharmaceutical/biotech facility constructionUnderstanding of local building codes, regulations, and planning requirementsFluent English essential; Dutch/French advantageousDemonstrated experience managing large, multidisciplinary teamsChartered Engineer status desirablePrevious experience with cleanroom and controlled environment design advantageousKnowledge of EU GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical validation processesExperience with Design & Build or EPCM project delivery models advantageousD&IInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
