Job Description

We are supporting a leading data centre delivery partner on a major project in Dublin and are seeking a CSA Supervisor to join the team. Role Overview: The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages, ensuring site safety, quality, and project schedule adherence. This is a hands-on role overseeing day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities, while maintaining thorough documentation and supporting project close-out processes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages. Lead site safety management in collaboration with safety personnel. Oversee quality assurance processes across the site. Manage project schedules with planners, project managers, subcontractors, and consultants. Supervise day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities. Maintain site documentation in line with project requirements. Attend site meetings, internal reviews, and handover sessions. Support project close-out, including snag lists, final accounts, and project documentation. Manage change control processes and review construction drawings for accuracy. Requirements: Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Experience managing a CSA team. Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
