Our flagship store at 1615 Laperriere boasts a seven-acre, video-controlled lot, and a combined total of more than 40 mechanical, auto body, paint, detailing and wash stations! With the most experienced professional technicians in the city working for you, you will be back in the driver's seat faster than you thought possible. Mirror Match each part without exception using pictures, partsConduct accurate data entry of vendor invoices and monitor the price differenceCarefully monitor parts for inaccurate parts or freight damage and develop a system for billing accordingly.

Even if the damage is relatively minor, over the course of time the potential income can add up to a considerable sum of moneyInform the Production Manager immediately when damaged or inaccurate parts is received so it is reorderedAlways label every part with the appropriate repair order number or part label to simplify the identification and return process when necessaryKeep accurate records by documenting all pertinent information by updating management in the system, computer or bothStore parts in appropriate bins until the production manager asks for them to be delivered to the technicianFill and identify parts cart according to standard and deliver to technicians when requiredUse parts carts for moving large parts orders quickly and easily.

Parts carts will also make tracking parts simple by keeping the entire order with the job until deliveryMaintain a complete inventory of the necessary nuts, bolts, clips, fasteners, and specialty itemsWhen parts cart is returned, dispose of what is left on, either throw or return partsConduct regular maintenance of the parts room in a neat, clean and organized mannerRequirementsBilingual French/English is required2+ years' experience in Parts Department operationsBasic understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operationsAbility to analyze and interpret internal reportsAbility to effectively lead and work as a member of a teamHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceAbility to work effectively as a member of a teamBenefitsHealth and Dental BenefitsRRSP Program
