This role is responsible for ensuring all customer orders are accurately entered into Niagara’s systems, processed through the supply chain, and delivered on time, while providing full visibility of the order status at any stage.You will drive process efficiently by partnering with Sales, Logistics, and Transportation teams, and will be accountable to achieve our fill rate goals.CSR Associate ManagerAlthough innovation is the key to our success at Niagara, our family tradition of high quality, value priced bottled water will never change. Our customers choose Niagara® bottled water products based on high quality, affordable prices and exceptional service.Role Responsibilities and Scope Coordinate and supervise the CSR team to ensure all customer orders are processed on time. Detect and analyze main losses impacting fill rate and productivity throughout the order process. Lead continuous improvement internal and external customers projects Provide visibility of fill rate and lead time metrics to Sales, Transportation, and other stakeholders. Implement actions to reach fill rate targets and address key losses. Motivate, empower, and coach the CSR team to act with operational discipline and deliver results. Understand customer and sales needs to ensure orders are processed and delivered as expected.Requirements And Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Customer Service / Supply Chain roles and manufacturing or similar environments. 4+ years of experience leading people and/or projects. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field. Travel availability (twice a month). Fluent English. Being able to commute to Niagara Offices (Hybrid 3 days on-site). Experience with ERPs (Oracle, BI, Oaks)Competencies Team leadership and development. Change Management / Continuous Improvement.
