We are a premium quality, safety, and sustainability solutions provider.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct audits on companies for CSR such as Follow and ensure timely completion of audit reports/surveillance designed by CoordinatorDo submission of audit reports into system timelyDevelop and review audit methodologies for accreditation complianceInterface and provide support for other departments on the day-to-day planning, marketing, operation support including new product developmentReport the performance of audit in month to Reporting OfficerReport the expense and liquidate it to Admin and Finance for payment in monthDo other works assigned by Reporting OfficerKey RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Human Resources Management, Law, English Linguistics, Health-Safety-Environment (HSE), Environmental Science, or Labor SafetyGood English communication skillsAPSCA CSCA or ASCA certified auditor is highly preferredProven experience in Quality Management Services, with solid knowledge of relevant standards and certification schemes such as: ISO (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001); SA8000, WRAP, BSCI, SMETAHands-on experience conducting audits, with a verifiable audit logPrevious involvement in internal quality audits or participation in certification processes is a strong advantageExperience in managing Social Compliance Programs and conducting Factory Social Responsibility Assessments is highly desirableKnowledge in the implementation and maintenance of management systems (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) will be considered a plusBenefitsWorking in an international dynamic and friendly environment15 days of annual leave, 15 paid sick leave days, Christmas leave13th-month salary, bonus based on performance and business resultSocial insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance base on full basic salary (Vietnamese Law)Insurance benefit package (Accident insurance 24/7, Health care insurance, Business travel insurance), annual health checkFree parking Ad-hoc staff engagement events, team-building activities, company tripParticipate in the company’s training programs, LinkedIn Learning license holder (fee supported by company based on company’s policy)We test, we audit, we inspect, we advise.
