Job DescriptionAnimal Hospital of Dauphin County is an AAHA Accredited Hospital Seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the Veterinary products and services we provide Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic Veterinary Terminology Schedule is : Five shifts mix of 730-3 and 130-9. One Saturday shift/month required from 8:30am-6:00pm.$15-$15.50/hr Compensation based on experience.The Animal Hospital of Dauphin County has been caring for pets in the greater Harrisburg and Hershey communities since 1962. We started out in a small, three-bedroom house (now home to our business offices). After several expansions, we now work in a 6,000 square-foot, fully equipped animal hospital. We focus on prevention and early detection of diseases, which allows for more effective treatment and a longer life for the pets that we care for.
