Position: Customer Service Representative (Live Chat & Email Support)Account: International Retail (Online Shopping) AccountLocation: Onsite - K-pointe Gilmore, Quezon CitySchedule: Shifting Schedule100% Virtual Application ProcessResponsibilitiesPerforming day to day operational activities in customer service Ensure KPI is met, guideline and policy are adhered to. Always seek ways to learn best practices, knowledge via formal and informal trainings Collaborate with teams both internal and external to resolve customer or partner queries and complaints QualificationsCollege graduates without BPO experience are welcome to apply.College graduates with Internship under the e-commerce or retail industry are welcome to apply.College level with at least 6 months of Email Support experience, or at least 6 months of relevant experience in email or the retail industry from a non-BPO background.
