About UsWe’re building the next evolution in sales technology, an AI that joins sales calls undetected, listens in real time, and provides instant intelligence, live objection handling, and post-call automation.Our mission is to redefine how sales teams sell, learn, and perform using live AI assistance that feels invisible but invaluable.We’ve validated the idea, are busy building the MVP, and are now looking for a technical co-founder to lead product and tech from the ground up.What you'll doOwn the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our AI platform.Build and scale our real-time call analysis and live response engine (audio + text + CRM integrations).Lead the development of our AI core — integrating speech-to-text, multi-agent workflow, and real-time call feedback systems.Collaborate closely with the CEO on product strategy, UX, and go-to-market.Build and lead a small but elite engineering team as we grow.Drive innovation in how AI can truly augment human sales conversations.Who you areA builder first, with experience in AI / ML / speech processing / real-time systems.Strong technical background, ideally experienced with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), WebRTC, or real-time APIs.Comfortable working in an early-stage startup: lean, fast, and experimental.Passionate about creating something disruptive in the sales / productivity / AI space.Nice to haveExperience with:Python, Node.js, or TypeScriptWebSocket or Live API integrationsCRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Audio/video processing (WebRTC, Twilio, Daily, etc.)Prior startup or co-founder experienceWhat's in it for youCo-founder status + meaningful equityFull ownership of the tech roadmapFreedom to shape product, team, and tech stackThe chance to build a company that changes how millions of salespeople work
