Responsible for overall management of the new product development and technology introduction for the oilfield service company, and improving the technical sequence. Responsible for overall management of the technological innovation and cooperation for the oilfield service company.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in petroleum engineering, reservoir geology-related fields, with over 10 years of work experience in the petroleum industry; experience in a well-known oil service company is preferred.Familiar with the development trends and cutting-edge dynamics of global oil and gas field development technologies. Possess leadership and team management skills, able to organize and coordinate internal and external resources, motivate team members, make quick decisions in complex situations, and effectively solve problems. Proficient in English and Arabic, with oral and written communication skills, willing to be assigned globally, able to adapt to overseas work environments and cultural differences, with cross-cultural communication and management skills.
