Building on collaborations with leading corporates, AIDY Health is moving from experimental success to commercial deployment.The RoleWe’re looking for a Technical Co-Founder / CTO to define and lead the entire technology roadmap - from signal acquisition and embedded intelligence to real-world pilot integration. This is not a corporate CTO seat; it’s a builder’s frontier for someone who wants to turn invisible waves into real-world impact.You will:Architect the sensing platform across embedded firmware, edge AI, and cloud interfaces.Drive development of the AIDY Companion Device and its intelligence layer.Lead and grow a distributed team of engineers in wireless, embedded, and applied AI domains.Collaborate directly with hardware partners and European research ecosystems.Guide IP strategy, technical documentation, and investor-facing narratives.Translate early prototypes into scalable, robust field deployments.You Might Be a Fit If YouHave a background in wireless systems, signal processing, or embedded AI (Wi-Fi, radar, or sensor fusion).Have led early-stage tech development, ideally in startups or research spin-outs.Are fluent in both hardware and software thinking: from RF front-ends to data pipelines.Thrive in uncertainty, prototype fast, and care deeply about reliability and precision.Are based in Europe, ideally in the DACH region, and open to a founding equity structure.Why JoinAIDY Health is entering a phase where innovation meets deployment — funded pilots, active partnerships, and technology that speaks for itself.
