Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.Job DescriptionJob Title: Specialist_Internal SalesBusiness Unit: Compressor Technique (CT)Division: Compressor Technique Service (CTS)Reporting to: Manager_Parts SalesLocation: PangyoR&R[Purpose of this job]Development parts business collaborating with distributors, external parts sales channel and CTS external sales engineers to cover specific business areas by initiating sales lead, cross sell & upsell, and following up on Quotes generated.Responsible for all parts sales including overseas projects[Duties&Responsibility]Support external sales engineers to increase direct parts sales performance.Prepare parts Quotations and follow up subsequent activities to sell parts timely.Must be able to manage the entire sales process in SAP system.Qualify direct sales leads from SMARTLink and put leads information into the C4C (Sales System) to distribute to CTS external sales engineers.Perform analysis of parts market, collect information about competitor machines, potential market/channel investigation, current market and customers’ feedback.Provide proactive steps to contact Lost boy customers and bring them back to Atlas Copco.Drive revenue growth from customers including EPC, Marine and EDMAC.Meet sales targets and drive customer satisfaction through proactive sales.Submit monthly sales results.Cooperate with business control department to improve of AR(accounts receivable).Handle administrative work for sales organization when necessary.Report to the parts sales managers on activity, effectiveness is a must.Improve job related competence continuously.Prefer basic knowledge of the compressor.Qualifications[Experience/Education]4-Year Bachelor’s degree is requiredMore than 2-year job experiences in aftermarket salesPrevious experience in an inbound or outbound call center a plus[Knowledge/Skill]Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with CRMs and ERPs (C4C, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or similar) Service sales process Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)Compressor Knowledge (preferred)Strong customer focused and deeply determinedResult oriented with a clear focus on the given targetMust be able to work independently and as a team player Submission of recommendation letter along with CV preferred Please submit only the minimum personal information required for the recruitment process.Diverse by nature and inclusive by choiceBright ideas come from all of us.
