With multiple outlets and a rapidly expanding team, the group is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality food experiences to customers that brings delight and sets the bar for operational excellence.Role SummaryAs the Culinary Excellence Lead (Multi-Outlet Kitchen Lead), you will be responsible for driving food quality, consistency, and kitchen performance across multiple locations. This role is central to upholding the brand’s culinary standards — serving as the backbone of its reputation and ensuring every bite meets the same high standard. You will oversee operations across Singapore and be reporting directly to the General Manager.Key Responsibilities• Oversee kitchen operations across all outlets to maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.• Conduct regular checks on kitchen performance, hygiene, and equipment.• Train kitchen teams on recipe standards, SOPs, and service timing.• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to launch new menu items and seasonal dishes.• Troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain smooth kitchen operations.• Ensure compliance with NEA and internal food-safety standards.Requirements• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or related discipline.• At least 5 years’ experience in a multi-outlet or quick-service restaurant environment.• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.• Passionate about taste, consistency, and culinary excellence.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join an ambitious QSR group at a pivotal stage of growth, driving both commercial impact and community engagement as part of a dynamic leadership team.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
