Meridian is looking for a Culture and Capability Partner who leads with humility, curiosity, and a growth mindset.Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing Championing Meridian’s world-class culture by designing and delivering people-focused solutions that elevate capability, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and the overall employee experience. Building strong, collaborative relationships across the business especially with our Strategic People Partners and the wider People Team to ensure our initiatives amplify Meridian’s people strategies. Diagnosing root causes, assessing team dynamics, and supporting the business to overcome barriers and achieve their goals. Leading interventions such as team-building workshops, coaching, conflict resolution, learning experiences, and capability-building initiatives. Enabling change through effective change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops. Developing talent solutions for long-term success, supporting the leadership employee life cycle processes, and aligning development with our leadership commitments framework. Promoting a thriving, inclusive culture by championing key People Team strategies including diversity and inclusion, leadership development, health and safety, and te ao Māori. Facilitating learning and development initiatives—virtually and in person—and turning insights into action through analysis of employee survey results. Proven experience leading organisation-wide development initiatives, strong consulting skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
