Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Auto CADD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and Outlook Knowledge of 3D Building Information Modeling concepts and strategiesProficient with construction documentation, family creation, schedules, view filters, worksets, phasing and design optionsStrong mathematical skillsProficient in written and verbal communication Analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in modeling architectural systems using Revit BIM softwareHave these essential functions:

Drawing input and set up utilizing office standards and basic design criteria Responsible for the facilitation of BIM related activities, efforts and/or meetingsManage scope of execution by the use of workflows and process supporting the project goals and milestonesPerform model coordination and planning with project team stakeholdersDevelop, modify and review models, plans, details and drawings of architectural design according to established standards and Revit modeling techniques, based on input from the architectural teamPrepare construction documents as directed by, architects, engineers, design technicians, or project managers, i. e.

, plans, sections, elevations, details, schedulesConduct site surveys under the direction of an architect or designer for as-building existing building systems for input into drawingsImplement and utilized company best practices for all projects and processesNotify other team members/departments of changes that may affect their drawingsThe majority of the time, a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist, and reach. Your payThe salary for this position is based on the location/s posted.

If you are a candidate living outside of (this region/these regions), we still encourage you to apply as salary ranges may differ across states/cities/job markets. Expected Range*: $50,000 to $65,000The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonusThe actual salary offered for the role will be determined based on various factors including but not limited to; years of experience, certifications, location, level of job-related knowledge, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law).
