Facilities ManagerPosition SummaryThe Facilities Manager is responsible for the maintenance, safety, efficiency, and overall operational excellence of all dealership properties within New Holland Auto Group. This includes managing building systems, grounds, vendor relationships, renovations, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The Facilities Manager ensures all dealership locations reflect the company's brand image and provide a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment for employees and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day building operations across multiple dealership sites, including showrooms, service department, and administrative offices.Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors for maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and repairs.Oversee remodels and facility improvement projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.Ensure all facilities are kept clean, organized, and in compliance with manufacturer image and facility standards.Maintain compliance with OSHA, ADA, EPA, and local building codes.Ensure proper hazardous material storage, disposal, and documentation.Conduct regular safety inspections and coordinate corrective actions as needed.Monitor facility budgets, control costs, and report on maintenance activities and capital projects.Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding facility performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.Support dealership management teams with facility needs while minimizing disruption to operations.Occasional after-hours work for emergencies, special projects, or weather-related issues (snow removal).QualificationsStrong project management and budgeting skills.Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed for inspections, repairs, or equipment handlingMust possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.High School Diploma or EquivalentMath, Reading and Basic Computer skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicBenefitsCompany Issued UniformsEnergetic Work EnvironmentHealth, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance401K with Company MatchPaid Time OffAdvancement within the Department and/or CompanyEmployee Vehicle Purchase ProgramEmployee Service Discount ProgramIn order to qualify for employment All applicants must pass pre-employment testing which includes: Background Checks, MVR, and Drug Testing.
