Custom Manager

Position: Customs Manager Salary Range: :40-45 milRESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure all import shipments are handled accurately and on schedule, while maintaining close coordination with relevant departments (such as overseas logistics & purchasing, suppliers, and local teams).Manage export shipments efficiently and ensure timely collaboration with related departments (including customers, production, and freight forwarders).Guide team members to prepare and submit shipping and payment documents to forwarders and customers accurately and on time.Possess a strong understanding of customs regulations to ensure compliance and effectively handle related procedures.Monitor and control shipping expenses, labor costs, and all logistics/SCM team activities with accuracy and efficiency.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors degree or higher.Minimum of 57 years of experience in the logistics or customs department within a manufacturing company.Proven leadership and team management skills.Solid understanding of customs regulations and export/import procedures.Good command of English or Chinese.Familiarity with customs software and other related systems.Working Conditions: Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) The company does not provide shuttle bus or dormitories.
