Job Overview:As a Contracted Customer Administration Executive, you will be responsible for following up sales orders fulfillments, including direct coordination with customers on their sales order requirements, and liaison with other internal parties in the Company to make sure the order processing are on right track.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborate work with Sales Administration teammates and other cross functional parties to ensure quality of teamwork.Comply with company product offering rules and policies.Enter and generate sales orders into Dynamic 356 system and create Performa Invoice (delivery confirmation) for the customers.Coordinate material and inventory plans with Supply Chain Teams.Evaluate Finished Goods Ready Date with considering supply chain status.Arrange Shipments coordinating with customer and warehouse.Handle and response complaints, sales order changes, cancellations and account billing questions as well as other queries for sales orders.Assist other departments to clarify problems with customers in relation to inventory control, debt collection, pending shipments and other operating matters.Ensure Order-to-Cash (O2C) process operates smoothly.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Supply Chain is preferred.Minimum 1 year’s working experience in Customer Service and Order Fulfillment.Prior experience in apparel industry.Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.Good organizational skill and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Detail-oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skill.Good command in listening/written/spoken English.Proficient in MS applications, experience in using Dynamic 356 system is an advantage.
