In this context of fast growth, you will help both public and private sector customers with support and maintenance to secure a smooth transition post go-live.ROLE:Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Customer Application Engineer I. Reporting to the Run Manager, you will be involved in the Maintenance/Support workstream (post go-live). You will be the first point of contact for clients who have implemented Ivalua and are engaged with us.WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH USManaging customer relations for the maintenance of the Buyer applicationDedicated contact for the client administrator of the Ivalua solution on 1 to 5 accountsGuarantee customer satisfaction by providing attention and technical expertiseWeekly meetings (prioritization of requests) and monthly meetings (maintenance report, improvement plan, and new topics) with the client and the integration partnerMaintenanceMonitoring and qualification of customer requestsTroubleshooting anomalies down to the root cause and correction of configurationsMonitoring and communication with the client regarding generic and specific correctionsUpgrade requestsAnalysis of the client's needs, gaps, and processesLiaison with project engineers, production of cost estimates for requestsConfiguration of the solution and reduction of specific codeSolution upgradePreparation: generic code vs. specific (to be reduced), configurations, testsCustomer Acceptance and Production Go-LiveCustomer support and tracking of associated anomaliesSolution Expertise and Customer Satisfaction:Training on new features and product advancements.
