On behalf of our client, a leading e-commerce platform offering a wide range of products in categories, we are looking for an Italian Customer Care Agent to join their dynamic team.As an Italian Customer Care Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our client's Italian-speaking customers, providing support and assistance via email, chat and phone. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate information about our products, services, and policiesResolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate team when necessaryProcess orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelinesMaintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive data with confidentialityRequirementsNative or fluent in ItalianAdvanced in EnglishPrevious experience in customer service is a plusStrong problem-solving skills.
