CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR KEY ACCOUNT (EXPORT/IMPORT) m/f/dJob Purpose & Primary Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for providing frontline responses to queries and requests from our Key Accounts clients. You take care of a consistently high service-level by providing prompt resolutions for service issues that are brought to you through Service Cloud or other channels.Smooth customer and service oriented performance for designated clientsActive communicator with international internal as well as external stakeholdersEscalation point for enquiries or complaints Liaise cross functionally to overcome operational issuesEnsure compliance with company rulesPromoting e-commerce platform and self-service tools as applicableRequired Skills And CompetenciesA minimum of 2 years of professional shipping experience preferably within Customer Service Import and/or ExportDistinct customer and service focusPersuasive, target and result orientedHigh attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced skills in Google applications and a strong administrative focusBusiness fluent in English and local languageStrong digital orientation and growth mindsetTeamwork and high engagement levelWhat We OfferModern workplaceMobile working possibilities (1 day per week)Open communication and innovative collaborationCareer & development opportunitiesLocated in the office in Basel/Pratteln.
