Join us as a Customer Care Representative (80% - 100%) in Dübendorf, ZH starting 01.01.2026 or upon agreement.Your missionDo you love helping people and learning new things? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Customer Care Representative position. You will be the main link between Yuh and our awesome clients, who use our app to manage their finances and investments. You will answer their questions, solve their problems, and guide them through their financial journey with Yuh.Key ResponsabilitiesEnsure the highest levels of client satisfaction, by providing prompt support and resolution of issues and reliable execution of client instructions in a consistently courteous, friendly and polite mannerIdentify and seize opportunities to enhance client satisfactionCoordinate activities with other representatives and departments, and contribute to the development of platform, service and procedure enhancementsUphold the principle of fair client treatmentQualificationsCompleted apprenticeship (Federal certificate of Competence [Fähigkeitszeungnis / Fachausweis / Certificat Fédéral de Capacité) or Swiss Maturité (Berufsmatura / Maturité professionnelle)Previous experience in customer satisfaction, preferably in financial services in handling customer enquiries and complaintsFluency in English and German.
