To provide front line support for clients and customers and to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.To be accountable for maintaining excellent service for our internal and external customers. They are account owner of house accounts (personally own an account portfolio).How you create impactHolistic support for customers in the field of sea freight and promotion of long-term, partnership-based customer relationshipsProcessing customer inquiries and preparing offersControl of order processing from order acceptance to document verification to the completion of the shipmentIntegration and maintenance of customer data as well as creation of reports for the analysis and optimization of our servicesClose cooperation with the operational departments, sales and carriersExpansion of the portfolio of our existing customers, development of new business and acquisition of customersWhat we would like you to bringCompleted training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualificationFirst professional experience in customer service, ideally in transport and forwardingConfident handling of MS Office programsIndependent, team-oriented and service-oriented working styleConfident appearance, strong communication skills as well as a high level of service and customer orientationFluent in Turkish and good written and spoken English skillsWhat's in it for youAt Kuehne+Nagel you are always part of a team, but still have control over how you arrange your own work and your own way of achieving success.
