🌎 Location: Full remote work⏰ Schedule: 4 days work, 2 days offDay shift: 9:00-19:00Night shift: 19:00-05:00Break: 1,5h💰 What we offer:Full remote work;Salary up to 6000 RON (fixed salary + meal card + performance bonuses);Work equipment;Free library subscription to Bookster;Discounts on our service for renting a car;A friendly team;Managers who care about the welfare of our employees and help them whenever they can, both personally and professionally;Opportunities for professional growth and development.📋 Responsibilities:Contacting customers by phone or e-mail, regarding their feedback about the company's services;Resolving complaints and challenges from customers, redirecting the situation to the head of the department or another department when necessary;Improving relations with customers and their loyalty through interaction on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram);Review Hunter – searching and responding to comments or reviews posted on the internet;You close sales and update information in the system, following internal procedures;You actively contribute to reaching the monthly sales targets;You present the company's services in a clear, professional, and transparent manner;You provide support to clients before, during, and after the contract is signed;You collaborate with other departments to ensure an efficient flow of information;Patience, empathy, and the ability to explain clearly;Self-motivation, resilience, and openness to learning and development.💼 Requirements:No experience is required, though 6 months of experience in a similar role would be an advantage;English and German at an advanced level (written and spoken).
