Due to our continued expansion in Europe, we're looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to join our commercial team in Amsterdam, specifically focusing on the Benelux market.This isn't just any role; you'll be a key player within our Integration and Solution team. As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll drive the business adoption of the Trustpilot platform solution for our Benelux customers, ensuring they truly realize and build on the value of our features. You'll be crucial in overcoming the risks of churn by demonstrating tangible, long-term benefits.You'll act as a trusted advisor, responsible for delivering value, ensuring optimal onboarding, and maximizing product adoption. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders across the business: you'll work with Customer Success for long-term relationship building and growth, and with Pre-Sales during the acquisition process to ensure the real value of Trustpilot is demonstrated from day one.What You'll Be DoingHelping Benelux customers maximize the ROI from their subscriptions.Proactively driving product adoption across the Benelux market.Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to create exceptional customer relationshipsOwning the technical integration of customer pre- and post-salesManaging technical- and non-technical stakeholders with easeEnsuring professionalism and a high level of activity within the team.Defining strategy in cooperation with your clients.Acting as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs back to Trustpilot's internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams.Who You AreYou have experience in a customer-facing role focused on customer engagement, implementation, or solution management, ideally within the online marketing, internet, or software industries.You possess strong knowledge of e-commerce, online marketing, SEO/Google Adwords, and/or software, with a knack for driving product adoption. Knowledge about APIs is a merit.You're adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and have a proven track record in client success and fostering engagement.You're a proactive problem-solver with excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of guiding clients through technical solutions and managing complex conversations professionally.You have a competitive, high-energy mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment.You're a quick learner with a positive attitude towards change and a strong work ethic.You're a dedicated team player who enjoys collaborating in an international environment.You are fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding the nuances of communicating with businesses and consumers.
