What To ExpectAs a Customer Engagement Operations Specialist, you will join the Customer Engagement EMEA team and contribute directly to steering Sales & Marketing performance across the region. In this role, you will combine analytical skills with an innovative mindset to optimize processes, improve systems, and translate insights into actionable strategies. A key focus will be supporting the continuous improvement and introduction of Customer Engagement tools and processes acting as a counterpoint to ensure our systems work seamlessly for the business. From creating scalable request processes, you will be at the center of turning pain points into opportunities. In addition, you will support budget tracking and campaign operations to ensure transparency and efficiency across markets. This position is central to enabling smarter decision-making, building scalable processes, and driving impact across our EMEA Sales & Delivery organization.What You'll DoDevelop a strong understanding of campaign performance drivers across EMEA, consolidating insights provided by analytics teams and translating them into actionable strategies Monitor campaign budgets and cost allocations, ensuring financial transparency and supporting optimization with Finance and Procurement Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in campaign execution, budget tracking, and communications Lead on Customer Engagement system updates and tool improvements, acting as a business partner to engineering and systems PMs Define and implement new processes for live topics, such as coordinating with UX/Web on how Lead Gen pages are requested and delivered Serve as a support function within the Customer Engagement team by addressing pain points in data, systems, tools, or processes - and innovating to provide long-term solutions. Gather and prioritize requirements from markets and stakeholders to ensure system developments align with business needsSupport reporting and visualization of campaign learnings, while focusing on process optimization and system usability rather than deep analytics. Foster innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches (AI tools, automation, smarter workflows) to improve efficiency and scalability What You'll BringFormal education in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Economics, or related field with solid experience in marketing operations, process optimization, system improvements, or campaign management Technical affinity: strong Excel skills, experience with CRM/Engagement tools; interest in AI, IT systems, or hardware/software solutions is a plus Solid understanding of marketing and sales KPIs (e.g., leads, orders, conversion rates, ROI, cost per SO) Ability to structure complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement innovative solutions Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and translate requirements into clear process or tool improvements Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to bridge technical and non-technical teams Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus , Tesla
