Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.Solve customers' operational issues through problem-solving and technical troubleshooting, while working with internal teams to drive resolution. Help customers get answers to product questions.Organize and execute prototype workshops to prove out proposed architectures, develop best practices and document technical blockers for prioritization with engineering.Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other customer related events as required.Collaborate with customers to drive successful adoption and guide them through the entire innovation lifecycle, develop solution architectures and strategic roadmaps to achieve key milestones.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
