About Our ProjectInnovamat is an educational organization focusing on math learning. Its mission is to help improve how this science is taught by offering resources, training, and research to the educational community.Since its founding in 2017 in Barcelona, Innovamat has partnered with 27,000 teachers from more than 2,600 schools in Spain, the United States, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, and Peru, inspiring more than 600,000 students to build strong math foundations and instill a passion for learning.Your MissionYou will be responsible for building authentic, strategic, and effective communication with all the stakeholders that shape the Innovamat ecosystem, from both a B2B and a B2C perspective.You will design, execute, and analyze end-to-end communication initiatives with the goal of making the value of our educational proposal clear and tangible.This role offers a real opportunity for professional growth. You will begin by learning the context and working on guided projects, but you will quickly gain autonomy and ownership over complete initiatives. Your role can evolve based on your interests and strengths within the team.Your day-to-dayYou will work on multichannel communication projects that require understanding educational content, defining communication strategies, and executing them.Your projects will include:Strategy & planning: analyzing customer needs and defining communication objectives; developing seasonal campaigns; planning multichannel communication calendars.Content creation: writing emails, newsletters, and blog posts; designing graphic materials (banners, posters, infographics) using tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe; laying out content for different formats and platforms.Channel management: managing social media using a solid content strategy; maintaining and updating websites and landing pages; coordinating email marketing campaigns.Events & experiences: organizing webinars, workshops, and family-oriented events; coordinating with internal teams (audiovisual, product, educational consultants); ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.Analysis & optimization: measuring campaign performance (KPIs, NPS, engagement); identifying learnings and proposing improvements; presenting results and insights to the team.What We're Looking For?What we need:Recently graduated or about to finish your degree.Studies related to Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Audiovisual Media, Design, or similar.Strong writing skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English.Availability to work on-site at our Sant Cugat offices.Genuine interest in the world of education.
