Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual professional who can deliver exceptional client experiences across our medical and legal service divisions. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a medical office, law firm, or professional service environment, and thrives on clear communication, empathy, and precision.You’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients — ensuring that every case or appointment runs smoothly, documents are accurate, and clients feel fully supported throughout their journey.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound communications (phone, WhatsApp, and email).Manage client onboarding for medical and visa services.Schedule appointments with doctors, nurses, translators, and attorneys.Track and update client records and documentation with zero tolerance for errors.Follow up on test results, visa updates, and client satisfaction surveys.Coordinate between departments to ensure service consistency.Maintain confidentiality at all times and uphold professional standards.QualificationsFluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Experience in medical, legal, or customer support roles preferred.Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.Patient, empathetic, and professional with diverse clients.Able to manage multiple requests without losing track.Comfortable using CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus).Based in Medellín with availability for a hybrid schedule (3 days coworking / 2 days remote).Preferred BackgroundFormer experience in a clinic, diagnostic lab, hospital, or law firm.Familiarity with medical terminology or legal document handling.Academic background in health sciences, psychology, administration, or related fields.BenefitsJoin a growing international company that values detail and excellence.Hybrid work model for flexibility and balance.Work with English-speaking clients from the U.S. and abroad.Collaborative and supportive team culture.Competitive base pay plus performance incentives.About the RoleThis position supports both legal/immigration assistance medical diagnostics and coordination.
