Customer Experience Officer (CXO)We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who can improve our visitor retention and conversion rates by optimizing how users interact with our products — from their first touchpoint to the final action.Your mission will be to deeply understand customer needs and enhance every step of their journey across our digital ecosystem.Requirements:Customer Journey UnderstandingAbility to analyze and optimize the customer journey, identify key touchpoints, and improve them to enhance satisfaction. You should know how to structure information logically on a website so that users stay focused and easily find what they need.CopywritingSkill in evaluating content through the eyes of the customer and improving texts to boost engagement, click-through rates, and ad appeal.Project ManagementExperience managing projects aimed at optimizing customer journeys and improving user satisfaction.Analytical SkillsAbility to collect and interpret user behavior data, conduct research, and make data-driven improvement proposals.UX/UI KnowledgeUnderstanding user interface and experience design principles, and familiarity with tools for UX analysis and optimization.Understanding of Sales FunnelsExperience mapping and improving conversion funnels.Experience with Analytics ToolsProficiency in tracking, reporting, and analyzing user data.User EmpathyAbility to view the product from the customer’s perspective, identify UX weaknesses, and propose actionable improvements.Understanding User IntentSkill in identifying what users are trying to achieve when they enter a search query or click on a creative.Creative ThinkingAbility to craft effective messaging and visuals for different audience segments.Aesthetic SenseStrong eye for design, style, and content quality.Experience with International or Multilingual AudiencesEnglish Level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (working language of the company).Responsibilities:• Conduct a full audit of customer journeys — from first touchpoint to conversion — and build a prioritized registry based on traffic and business value.• Optimize user retention and conversion rates to reach the highest possible KPIs.• Analyze and improve UX across the website, landing pages, products, services, ads, and communication channels.• Evaluate visuals, content, and interface “through the customer’s eyes” and prepare improvement briefs.• Perform competitive analysis — benchmark funnels, offers, landing pages, and creatives against competitors to find weak points and growth opportunities.• Develop and test hypotheses to improve performance metrics.• Measure customer satisfaction levels (NPS, feedback, reviews).• Oversee creative quality — ads, videos, landing pages, social media posts.• Ensure that headlines, UX, and content align with user intent.• Develop and implement CX standards across all touchpoints.• Regularly test and optimize customer journeys to remove friction points.• Ensure consistent visual and content style across all languages and channels.• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, analytics, content, and design teams.• Gather and interpret user feedback for actionable insights.Nice-to-Haves• Experience in fintech, trading, or investments is a strong advantage.• Knowledge of media products, video marketing, and data-driven approaches.• Experience launching or scaling digital products.• Previous roles as CXO, Product Marketing Manager, UX/UI Lead, or Brand/Experience Manager.KPIs• Growth in CTR, engagement, retention, and conversion rates.• Increased conversion across key funnels.• Higher customer satisfaction scores (NPS, reviews, feedback).• Stronger and more consistent brand perception across all touchpoints.• Improved traffic ROI through optimized user experience.We Offer• Work with a stable international company that has been on the market for over 14 years.• Opportunities for career growth and professional development.• Official employment and paid vacation.• A friendly, loyal team and supportive environment.• Full-time remote position.• A chance to grow with a forward-looking company in a competitive global market.About Traders UnionAt Traders Union, you’ll be at the heart of global financial developments.We are one of the leading international companies shaping future trends in the financial markets.Our educational and analytical materials are read by millions of investors worldwide.We believe financial literacy is the key to success, and we make money by helping others reduce risks and avoid losses when investing.
