With a global footprint across six continents and physical presence in Europe and North America, they help more than 80 airports to do more with less — more safety, more efficiency, more sustainability.✈️ The OpportunityRunway Safe is, together with the recruitment & executive search partner How2Grow, looking for a Customer Experience Officer (CXO) to join the executive leadership team and take full ownership of the commercial process and customer journey — from the first interaction to long-term partnership. The new CXO will lead all customer-facing functions globally, including Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Application Engineering, Construction Management, and Field Services, building a seamless, proactive, and value-driven customer experience.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role at the heart of their growth journey — shaping the commercial strategy, developing their people, and ensuring every interaction with Runway Safe. This reflects our commitment of being a trustworthy and innovative safety partner.💼 What You’ll DoLead and grow a global customer experience organization across Europe, the US and beyond.Drive commercial excellence, customer satisfaction, and top-line growth.Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, regulators and other stakeholders.Develop and execute a unified commercial strategy across all customer-facing functions.Strengthen collaboration and alignment between teams, cultures, and geographies.Foster a customer-first mindset and a culture of accountability, collaboration and transparency.👤 Who You AreYou are a dynamic, people-driven leader with a passion for customer experience and business transformation. You thrive in global, fast-growing environments and know how to lead through change. You combine strategic thinking with operational execution and bring out the best in people.Your background likely includes:10+ years of proven success in commercial or CX leadership roles within international and growth-driven companies.Strong understanding of customer journey design, value-based selling and business strategy.
