Customer Experience Operations Manager.We are seeking a Customer Experience Operations Manager to lead the daily performance of our Contact Center and Customer Complaints (CRM) operations. The role focuses on improving service quality, enhancing processes, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Contact Center and CRM operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.Monitor KPIs and team performance, implementing improvement actions when needed.Drive process enhancements to improve service speed and customer satisfaction.Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and frontline staff.Collaborate with internal departments to solve recurring customer issues.Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with company standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree5+ years in customer operations or contact center management (incl. 2+ years managerial).Experience managing performance metrics and process improvement.CRM / complaints management knowledge.Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
