If you speak Japanese fluently, please apply!In This Role, You Will:Give great customer service by phone, email, and chat. Help mainly Japanese-speaking customers. Support Agoda products like Hotels, Flights, and Activities after training. Handle many customer questions in a professional way. Work towards your own and your team’s goals. Do some office tasks as needed. Keep customer information private and safe. Take care of customer issues, including questions about bookings, prices, and invoices. What You Need to Succeed:Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1. Basic English understanding. Good phone and communication skills. Interest in customer service and travel. Willingness to improve your English. Ready to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Can work alone and with a global team.
