About The RoleWe’re now looking for an Customer Implementation Manager to ensure large-scale customer implementations across our data centers are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.This role is key in ensuring that every new customer transition — from onboarding to handover — runs seamlessly. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a reliable, compliant, and customer-focused experience that reflects atNorth’s commitment to quality and operational excellence.Main areas of responsibilityCustomer Project DeliveryLead the planning, coordination, and execution of large customer infrastructure projects across atNorth sites.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed quality standards.Act as the main customer point of contact during implementation, ensuring proactive communication and transparency.Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to maintain delivery performance and customer satisfaction.Oversee the smooth transition of customer projects to Operations upon completion.Handle customer change requests and change orders in alignment with contractual and operational processes.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Development to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and requirements.Support Finance with accurate billing setup and service documentation for new customer implementations.Coordinate resources across teams to ensure efficient project execution.Standards and Continuous ImprovementEnsure all work complies with atNorth’s internal processes, safety standards, and industry regulations.Continuously improve implementation processes, tools, and reporting templates.Stay up to date with emerging data center technologies to enhance scalability and efficiency.About You5–8+ years of experience in infrastructure or data center project management.Proven experience managing complex implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage expectations and maintain trust across diverse stakeholder groups.Good understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, connectivity, hardware deployment).Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying risks and implementing corrective measures.Proven success in leading large-scale customer implementation programs.Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent).Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.Background check is conducted to all our employees.
