We work with manufacturers, retailers, and government organisations in over 80 countries, enabling smooth circular material flows, as well as maximising resource efficiency.Our vision is to save critical resources and create a better planet for future generations through a sustainable circular economy.Customer Implementation Manager (m/f/d)About the Role:As a Customer Implementation Manager, you will coordinate and lead the onboarding of new clients to our Environmental Compliance Management (ECM) service — from contract signature through to the successful handover to our operational teams. You will act as the central link between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality implementation experience.Your key responsibilities:Coordinate and lead the full customer onboarding process, ensuring successful transition from contract signature to operational delivery.Serve as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation phase, maintaining clear communication, alignment, and timely execution.Develop and manage tailored implementation plans for each customer, defining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.Oversee that all required customer registrations with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance schemes, data structures (for product and sales data), and access to tools and applications are accurately set up by our expert teams.Ensure thorough documentation of customer agreements, internal workflows, and implementation progress.Proactively identify and resolve challenges during the implementation process, escalating critical issues when necessary.Monitor implementation KPIs and customer experience during the early phase, initiating improvements where needed.Continuously refine internal processes and documentation to drive scalability, consistency, and best practice implementation.Your Profile:Proven experience in managing customer onboarding or implementation processes in a B2B service environment — ideally within a compliance, regulatory, or data-driven context.Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines.Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong hands-on approach.High sense of ownership and accountability for both customer satisfaction and internal collaboration.Familiarity with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) or environmental compliance topics is an advantage, but not essential.Comfortable working in an international and hybrid setup, managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German or additional languages is a plus.You will find this perspective with us:We offer you a future-proof job in our constantly growing company, where you can make an active contribution to the sustainable use of resources and direct environmental protection for a better common future, true to our maxim "Return to Value".You will also enjoy the following benefits:Opportunity for hybrid working location (remote working & office), to be discussed and agreed with your line managerFlexible working hours based on trust30 days holidayWorkation, take the opportunity to work at a location of your choice.
