Your new companyThis role is based within a nationally recognised education provider operating across multiple campuses in Australia. This role is a 2-year FTC.Your new roleAs the Customer Insights Journey Specialist, you’ll lead the design and optimisation of multichannel engagement journeys using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Collaborating with teams across marketing, recruitment, student support, and academics, you’ll co-create data-driven strategies that enhance student conversion, engagement, and long-term success.Journey Mapping: Analyse existing customer journeys across email, SMS, web, social media, and events.Blueprint Design: Convert business needs into orchestrated journey blueprints using Microsoft Customer Insights.Configuration & Deployment: Build and launch journeys aligned with strategic goals and compliance standards.Segmentation: Develop dynamic and static segments using demographic, behavioural, and transactional data.Form & Page Development: Create forms, landing pages, and Power Pages for lead capture and feedback (HTML/CSS & basic JavaScript).Campaign Management: Support campaign setup, execution, and optimisation, including A/B testing and automation.Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and deliver insights via built-in analytics and Power BI.Advisory: Provide best practice guidance on multichannel marketing and customer engagement.Social Media Integration: Manage social listening and engagement tracking within Customer Insights.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends to refine journey design.What you'll need to succeedPostgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience in customer journey design within complex service environmentsHands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys)Proven success in managing cross-functional campaigns and initiativesStrong analytical skills and dashboard development in Power BIProficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure Logic Apps
