Customer IT Support Representative

We are looking for night shift Customer IT Support Representative for call centre environment.Description Assist user with IT enquires via email or phone Provide interim reply (by phone call/email) Able to draft professional email respond back to user Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application (download application/ install/ uninstall) Familiar with internet surfing on the PC Basic knowledge of PC & software troubleshootingRequirements Possess basic IT knowledge/ smartphone application knowledge Best to have contact centre experience Customer Service Skills Ability to multitask and handle difficult customers Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday (based on work roster, 2 days work, off 2 days) Working hours 8:30pm to 8:30am (permanent night shift) Working location at Kaki Bukit office
