This expansive catalog showcases the company's commitment to variety and translates into significant cost savings, ranging from 20% to 50%, across an impressive selection of over 500,000 medical supplies.What you'll doAs a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and timely flow of medical products, equipment, and supplies. You will serve as the link between healthcare providers, internal teams, and logistics partners, making sure orders are processed accurately, deliveries are scheduled appropriately, and customer needs are met with care and precision. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:340B Order Fulfillment:Receive and process 340B orders via Admin.Verify item pricing, approve orders for EDI processing or handle manually.Record processing notes in Admin and Zoho CRM; track daily shipments and maintain order spreadsheets.Escalate discrepancies or issues to the Supervisor; submit manual order forms as required.Prepare and submit manual order forms via email for specialty items or when required.Support manual order submission requests from the supervisor or during system downtime.Track order progress clearly, distinguishing between fulfilled and pending shipments.Logistics Coordination:Act as the main point of contact for healthcare facilities regarding order status and shipment tracking.Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant deliveries.Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages.Ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, and temperature-control requirements.Maintain accurate logistics records and delivery schedules in ERP/Admin systems.Assist with product recalls, returns, and replacements.Operational & Team SupportProvide support to Managers on special projects (e.g., PID creation, data, and spreadsheet tasks).Contribute to process improvement initiatives that strengthen logistics operations and enhance customer experience.What you should haveMinimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Customer Service, ideally within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries.At least 1 year of remote work experience, preferably with companies based in the US, EU, Canada, or Australia.Background in Client Services or Partnerships within a remote B2B environment.Associate's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).Knowledge of healthcare logistics requirements, including handling sensitive or regulated products (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals).Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).Experience using collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoho Projects, Notion, Slack, or Asana.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Technology Specifications: Minimum 100 Mbps Internet SpeedWindows 11 or MacOS 15 SequoiaMinimum Intel i5 8th gen with 8GB of RAM or Apple M1 chip with 8GB of RAMWebcam and HeadsetDesignated Quiet Office SpaceNice-to-haves:Experience working in a medical or healthcare organization.Familiarity with regulatory standards such as FDA regulations, HIPAA, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) is an advantage.Who you areWe're looking for someone who:Eliminates friction in every process and interaction.Ensures every client feels valuedâevery time.Takes full ownership and upholds the highest standards of excellence.Recognizes that each person helps shape the client experience.Fosters a culture of continuous teaching, learning, and growth.Look for opportunities to say yes before saying no.Commits to driving sustainable, long-term growth.
