Objective of this roleThe main purpose of the role is to service one of the national SalesCos/Wholesale partners covering all commercial items and orchestrate the interface to the customer. Selling of the UNN service offering portfolio via established strong customer relationships. Driving the national customers for innovative and digital solutions.Responsibilities and TasksResponsible of the customer service to one of the national SalesCos/Wholesale partnersDefinition of the customer, sales and CRM strategyEstablishment of strong relationships with one of the national SalesCo/Wholesale partners based on Ethical Wall Principles across the decision making levelsPresentation and Selling of UNNs service offering portfolio to the defined SalesCos/Wholesale partnersPlan and Present the Monthly Service Reviews on commercial business activities and sales relevant KPIsManagement of customer escalationsEnsured customer orders/contracts goes through Ordering Management System (BSS)Negotiation and closing of contracts for Strategic Roadmap itemsManagement on the welfare of Strategic Roadmap Rollout of national SalesCos/WholesalepartnersManagement of Customer Project between national SalesCos/Wholesale partners and UNN Operations teamsEngage and align with WIMM Business ActivitiesManagement of national SalesCos/Wholesale partners Adhoc Requests on products and services configurationManagement of Reconciliation exercise of identified discrepancies in services and billingManagement of gathering feedback and improvise revision of processes to accommodate SalesCos/Wholesale partners reviews and commentsOrchestration and management of all commercial items with the relevant customer counterparts and UNN stakeholdersService of the relevant processes and systems (CRM)Establishment and management of presales project team for defining of specific customersolutionsQualification and experience requirementsBachelor's degree in Telecommunication and/or IT, Computer Science
