In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth communication with customers within our Customer Onboarding department.What you will do:Respond to customer inquiries regarding contract termination;Assist in offboarding customers in line with company procedures;Coordinate and follow up on the return of leased hardware;Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and equipment returns;Support the Renewals team with administrative tasks and process improvements. What you bring:Able to commit for 8-16 hours per week (We can accommodate 20 hours/week if requested);Currently enrolled in a University in the Netherlands;Eager to learn and take initiative;Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy;Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
