In this role, you will be the key point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the transition from contract signing to becoming expert users of their Cloud PBX system. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, providing training, and addressing any questions or concerns that arise. This position not only impacts customer satisfaction but also plays a vital role in fostering long-term relationships and driving user adoption.
