But we’re just getting started.As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Insly, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers successfully implement and adopt our product. You will manage onboarding projects, configure customer-specific setups, gather and analyse requirements, and ensure customers have the knowledge and support needed to use the system effectively. The role combines project management, business analysis, configuration work, and customer training.About The RoleResponsibilities:Configure the Insly product based on customer requirements and ensure the setup fits their business processes.Collect and analyse requirements, document solutions, and define the scope of onboarding activities.Plan and coordinate onboarding tasks, timelines, and communication with all stakeholders.Test configured functionality, resolve issues, and collaborate with developers and QAs when needed.Provide training sessions and guidance to help customers use the product effectively.Maintain project documentation and keep progress visible and up to date.Gather customer feedback to improve both onboarding processes and product usability.Requirements:Proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project management, customer success, or similar roles.Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and execution.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.Familiarity with SaaS platforms and client-facing technical solutions.Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Resilient and adaptable in dynamic environments.Why Insly?Flexible working time and working place - we choose results over the process but know that with freedom comes accountability!
