Customer Operations Coordinator - Global Beauty CompanyHybrid working - 3 days week Central LondonUp to £30,000 + BenefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join a highly successful global beauty business in central London. Operating in over 130 countries through retailers and direct-to-consumer channels, our client has become a major player in the fragrance and beauty sector.Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager the main purpose of this role is to manage the order to invoice process for the UK market, and to provide support and cover to other markets according to requirements. The CO coordinator will receive orders into the system, will work with Logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery, will be responsible for accurate invoicing and resolving customer claims.RequirementsKnowledge of the logistics flow and process within an FMCG businessStrong organizational and time management skillsAnalytical and accurateProblem solving and ‘can do’ approachExcellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookMicrosoft Dynamics experience usefulWhat's on offer...Joining a glowing (& growing) team of passionate individuals ,who work collaboratively within the HQ in London.
