This is your chance to be part of a purpose-driven company in the pharmaceutical industry where your work truly matters.The opportunityYou’ll be joining a small but highly collaborative Customer Operations team consisting of two colleagues, working closely with our Warehouse team (two team members and one manager). Our culture is supportive and hands-on - everyone plays a vital role in ensuring medicines are delivered on time and in full compliance.Description Of The RoleAs a Customer Operations Specialist, you will manage customer orders, maintain master data, support supplier coordination, and act as a key point of contact for customer and supplier communication. Your daily work will directly impact customer satisfaction and ensure smooth supply chain operations.Your Main Responsibilities IncludeManaging and tracking customer orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveryActing as a key point of contact for customer and supplier inquiriesMaintaining up-to-date master data in our ERP systemCoordinating with warehouse, logistics, and suppliers to prevent stock issuesSupporting quality assurance and ensuring compliance with GDP guidelinesContributing to process improvements and generating relevant reportsWe Would Like You ToTake ownership of the full order process and ensure a smooth experience for both customers and suppliers. You’ll be expected to communicate clearly and professionally across all touchpoints, helping maintain our high standards.Keep our ERP system updated with accurate, reliable dataMonitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to avoid shortagesContribute actively to process improvements and operational efficiencyWhat We Need You To Have2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or supply chain (pharma experience is a plus)Familiarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards experience is an advantage)Strong Excel skills and data accuracy mindsetSolid understanding of GDP guidelines and pharmaceutical wholesalingFluency in Dutch and excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and writtenAre you interested?
