Leveraging Cloud, Web, and AI technologies, we deliver reliable, intuitive, and scalable solutions—including ERP, CRM, HCM/Payroll, WMS, Accounting, e-Invoicing, Digital Commerce, mobile apps, and industry-specific tools—that help businesses work smarter, move faster, and grow sustainably.At ENTERSOFTONE, we turn innovation into real business value - unlocking the full potential of enterprises in today’s fast-changing digital era.We are looking for an Customer Operations Specialist to join our high caliber team.Your RoleThe candidate will be a member of the Operations department and will actively participate in customer support and training matters, application configuration, and software testing.Your contribution to the success of the teamCustomer support and request management for cosmoONE applications, handling inquiries and complaints via phone, live chat, or remote access, in both Greek and English.Customer training and educational material development, preparing and delivering training sessions and documentation in Greek and English.Configuration and management of electronic auctions, ensuring smooth setup and execution.Setup and configuration of other applications to meet business and customer needs.Software testing and quality assurance, conducting thorough testing to ensure system functionality and reliabilityYour Qualifications & CompetenciesProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and strong technical knowledge, including solid computer skills and confidence working with Windows environments.2+ year of experience in customer support for softwareFluency in English (C2 level), both spoken and written, to support international compliance work and deliver high-level training sessions and presentations.Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a strong customer-centric mindset.Problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Eagerness to learn, and a fast-learning ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.Nice to HaveStudies in Computer Science or a related technical field (University, College, or IEK).Experience in creating training or eLearning materials.Familiarity with cosmoONE applications (e.g., sourceONE, auctionONE).Experience in procurement competitions and related processes..Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.Your BenefitsWe are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
