This role supports Sales Operations, Business Units and the Sales Force in managing customer and operational requests and ensuring accurate and timely e-catalogue deployment and maintenance.Claims & Requests HandlingManage all claims, exceptions, and special requests in line with agreed procedures and policies.Coordinate and process customer change requests, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.E-Commerce & Catalogue ManagementAct as the key contact for the Sales organization regarding customer e-catalogue and portal-related matters.Provide B2B solution consultancy, guiding Sales teams on optimal catalogue structure and product offering.Drive catalogue setup and maintenance in line with Sales and customer requirements, including virtual PC configuration and simplified deal setup.Configure user access and permissions.Deliver customized portal training for Sales and Customers.Employers's offer: Salary for English & Spanish/Italian - 5500-5600 ron net (The salary is calculated based on the language proficiency level)24 vacation daysMedical Subscription for MedicoverMeal tickets: 30 ron/dayHybrid working module (2-3 days/week at the office)Requirements:Bachelor’s degree2-3 years of experience in a similar role,English-C1 and Spanish or Italian - minimum B2Medium to advanced Microsoft Office tools knowledge
