The focus is on creating, enhancing, and managing customer loyalty initiatives that strengthen relationships with roofing contractors and technical advisors, increase engagement, and drive long-term value.The main focus in the role is to combine customer behavior expertise with innovative strategies to enhance and retain customer satisfaction.You will also drive system sales through RoofPro with system/solution guarantees and to promote affiliated certified contractors and specifiers as a part of our offer.The role is reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Flat Nordic, located in Sweden, and you will work out from our Danish HQ in Nørresundby.Your Main Responsibilities Will BeManage our RoofPro loyalty program to align with the company strategy and customer needs and requirements.Develop the RoofPro concept to be the best in class and stay ahead of the competitionFurther develop reward and benefit structures.Monitor market trends for RoofPro to become and remain the leading program.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and constantly refine and adapt programs based on feedback.Work closely with sales and marketing to promote the program in relevant channels.Train customers and internal organization.Together with sales create the yearly activity plan and the longterm roadmap.Implement and enhance digital tools for user experience in close cooperation with Digital Project Manager.Networking between the local markets and categories for alignment and best practices. Here's What You Bring To The TableIdeally you hold a university degree within Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or similar.Furthermore, you have a proven track record of several years in a similar position within Loyalty Programmes management, Product and/or Project Management. Having experience from larger international companies, having a primarily B2B environment, is highly beneficial.You have a strong commercial mindset and you are skilled in stakeholder management.Furthermore, you are skilled in using many different IT-systems (ERP, Google, CRM etc).You are solution-oriented and your motivation comes from contributing and getting things done. At the same time, you are strategically strong, having an analytical and commercial mindset.You also have a very good ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs.
