Our goal is to enhance high-quality execution by prioritizing improvements in safety, time efficiency, and cost-effectiveness—ultimately creating value for operational teams across ongoing and upcoming projects.We actively co-develop Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) platforms, ensuring that lessons learned and insights from operational stakeholders are integrated into construction solutions.Additionally, we support the rollout of new construction concepts and Wind Power Plant solutions by sharing knowledge across the construction value chain, ensuring readiness and alignment with evolving strategies. We continuously learn, evolve, and innovate by applying best practices from both the wind industry and other relevant sectors.ResponsibilitiesCombines the roles of technical specialist and project manager to handle site-level technical issues while managing broader project complexityActs as the primary link between Regional Construction teams and the Global back officeIdentifies and initiates major construction improvements locally, with a global foundation and focusDevelops the technical aspects of improvement initiatives during their progression.Collaborates with both Global and Regional stakeholders to implement improvements effectivelyFacilitates cross-regional collaboration to ensure shared value and synergy from construction improvementsEnsures that lessons learned and best practices are integrated across regions for continuous developmentQualificationsRelevant technical education. e.g. as a marine engineer, mechanical or electrical engineering degreeExtensive experience in WTG Constructing ExecutionExperience in WTG design is a strong asset but not a requirementHigh understanding of the WTG Construction Value ChainFluent in EnglishCompetenciesSkilled in documenting and communicating findings clearly to support knowledge sharingEffective management of stakeholder relationships across various functions and regionsAble to navigate complex environments and identify areas for impactful contributionPositive and solution oriented mindset, inspiring others even in challenging situationsHigh proficiency in knowledge transfer and bridging site operations with back-office functionsSolid communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (including SharePoint & OneDrive), plus financial awareness in operational contexts.What We OfferIn this role, you’ll be part of a motivated and supportive team that values collaboration and shared accomplishments.
