At Schneider, we call this Life Is On.Our mission is to be the trusted partner in Sustainability and Efficiency.MissionAs part of a project team:Manage project schedule from initiation to project closure, for simple to average project.Act as focal point of contact for the project manager and customerCoordinate project scheduling deliverables and exchange with stakeholders/customer.Share the project planning through the portal(s)Manage regular reporting to the Project Manager and Technical Leaders on produced/validated planning. Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!                                                                                                                                      During Selling phase :Join orientation meetings with key communication channels to be aligned on all project aspectsStudy and analyze provided project inputsConsult matter experts for ambiguous parts of the projectOrganize workshops with tender manager and each key stakeholder independently to concentrate on developing their scope in the scheduleOrganizing coordination meetings to integrate different perspectives of key stakeholders (including internal and external suppliers) and include dependencies among project packages in the schedule.Suggest different scheduling scenarios to optimize project workplanPerform quality checks on planning deliverables after completing themAssist tender manager in Project Risk AnalysisPrepare Tender Schedule or Highlevel project plan.
