That is why we also commit to supporting them in their personal development, while offering an inspiring work atmosphere.We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to take part in Hyundai Türkiye located in İzmit/Kocaeli;Group: QualityDepartment: Quality AssuranceWe want you to:Responsible for monitoring and resolving quality issues related to electrical and electrical components, including high voltage EV systems (Battery Packs, Inverters, On- Board Chargers)Perform in depth root cause analysis using diagnostic tool (CANalyzer, INCA) and interpret DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Code)Analyze CAN/LIN bus communication data to detect abnormalities and signal errors affecting system performancePerform field investigations, part return analysis, and failure reproduction on test vehiclesCollaborate with R&D and suppliers to validate software updates or hardware modifications as part of the corrective action processMonitor warranty and field claim data using internal systems and identify recurring electrical failure trendsParticipate in software calibration reviews & technical meetings if neededYou will also need to have:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics EngneeringMin. 2 years experience in automotive sectorKnowledge of process quality and electric vehicle systems (battery, inverter, motor, charging systems)Experience in data analysis, modeling, and simulationFamiliarity with CAN & LIN protocol and in-vehicle communication systemsPreferably experienced in vehicle testing and data acquisition systemsProficient in English (written and spoken)Strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and result-oriented mindsetNo travel restrictionsWe OfferWorking on a global level and recognized internationally,Chance to enhance your competencies and unlock your potential,Structured training and ongoing career development,Flexible working hours (Flextime),Flexible benefits,Comprehensive private health insurance,Casual dress code“Hyundai Türkiye is an equal opportunity employer and promotes diversity in the workplace.”
