Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relation Officer located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback and assisting in the improvement of customer support services to maintain high-quality interactions.
